Here's some things you might like to say. Please put it in your own words if possible.

Your party is failing to produce bold enough policies to meet the challenge of climate change. The world needs more than rhetoric.

Scientists have concluded that if we want to avoid the most catastrophic climate impacts, developed countries like New Zealand need to set emission reduction targets of 30% from 1990 levels by 2020 and 90% by 2050

There is no "middle ground" with climate change. We either reach the necessary targets or we don't. We either succeed or fail in preventing catastrophic climate change.

We need all political leaders to set meaningful emission reduction targets, put a price on all greenhouse gas pollution, and instate strong policies that encourage renewable energy, energy efficiency, public transport and a reduction in agricultural emissions.

It's crucial that all sectors face a price on their greenhouse gas emissions at the earliest possible date in order to drive real reductions in emissions. Agriculture accounts for nearly half of New Zealand's emissions. It must be included.
